ABOUT MIA BIAN
BIOGRAPHY
Seattle based figurative artist, Mia Bian, has been honing her skills in figure and portrait paintings for the past several years. Mia works of live models from observation, and the portraits she made consist of a bunch of less blended color patches or strokes, to expressing the moments of emotional connection between Mia and her models over time.
Mia’s work has been displayed in galleries in the U.S. and China including Sand Point Gallery, Seattle, Washington; Young’s Town Art Center, Seattle, Washington; Baha’s Gallery, Seattle, Washington; 798-Dashanzi Art District, Beijing; Shougang Art-Industrial District, Beijing; Sanlitun Art Center, Beijing. Her works are widely collected, such as V-Shine Brothers Media Corporation.
